For refund requests or general inquiries, please allow up to 48 hours for our support team to respond.

3. Refund Eligibility

To ensure fairness for all users, refunds may be considered when the following conditions are met:

  1. The purchase is the first transaction associated with your registered account.
  2. No more than 50 credits have been used.
  3. The refund request is submitted within 3 days of the purchase date.

If your request meets the conditions above, our team will review it and process the refund as soon as possible.

4. Important Notes

  1. "First purchase" refers only to the initial payment made under a registered account. Additional credit purchases or repeat payments are not considered first purchases.
  2. All payments on EzRemove are one-time purchases and do not automatically renew.

5. Refund Processing

Once a refund request is approved, the refunded amount will be returned to your original payment method. Please allow approximately 5–10 business days for the funds to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
