EzRemove offers two payment options: a one-time top-up and a subscription. A one-time top-up is charged at the time of purchase. Subscription plans are recurring payments that automatically renew according to the billing cycle shown at checkout, and can be cancelled at any time before the next renewal date.
We want users to have a clear and enjoyable experience using EzRemove. Please read this refund policy carefully before purchasing.

For refund requests or general inquiries, please allow up to 48 hours for our support team to respond.
3. Refund Eligibility
To ensure fairness for all users, refunds may be considered when the following conditions are met:
- The purchase is the first transaction associated with your registered account.
- No more than 50 credits have been used.
- The refund request is submitted within 3 days of the purchase date.
If your request meets the conditions above, our team will review it and process the refund as soon as possible.
4. Important Notes
- EzRemove offers both one-time credit packages and subscription plans.
- One-time credit packages are charged once and can be used for eligible EzRemove tools.
- Subscription plans renew automatically based on the billing cycle shown at checkout, unless cancelled before the next renewal date.
- You can cancel your subscription anytime from your account billing page. Cancellation stops future renewal charges, but does not automatically refund previous payments.
- Refund requests are reviewed according to our Refund Policy.
- Prices, included credits, features, and plan benefits may be updated from time to time.
5. Refund Processing
Once a refund request is approved, the refunded amount will be returned to your original payment method. Please allow approximately 5–10 business days for the funds to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
